Course Overview

This class focuses on the different ways of finding information on SAM II inquiry tables and making updates to SAM II reference tables. The first part of the class discusses document inquiry as well as reference information inquiry. The second part of the class discusses updates to tables both directly and through the use of Workflow email. The intended audience is any new user who will be required to look up information in SAM II on a regular basis, or anyone required to maintain or request maintenance to tables for their agency. This is an introductory class only, and will not focus on any one functional area (i.e., purchase orders, fixed assets, etc.). Users with extensive SAM II navigation skills should not attend.
